In the month of global awakening for environmental catastrophes approaching, we are all alarmed and touched in different ways to start thinking and progress in our actions. Young people became leaders in the largest path we all walk through, but those who can really make a change, stay silent.

Helping our environment or just keeping it clean is not difficult these days. Bying eco products, recyling and living waste free life has proved as very healthy life style. For example, we can see how beneficial is for us to introduce fresh food into our diet instead of buying finished packed products, enwrapped with plastic and what is even more important, with almost no-food content. “Empty calories” was a name for such products content before.

Buying fresh vegetables and fruits, using bamboo toothbrush and a haircomb, instead of plastic- glass, strow using same made from glass and stainless steal etc-using permanent and products of good quality..today we don’t have to give up any of our habits, we just have to change it for better products which will later prove to be good for us in so many ways..

Not so long ago, we enjoyed natural products, food and cosmetics without additives, we were healthier, leaner, happier..today it seems like we have more of it, there is a choice but still-we choose to buy fast solutions and later it affects our health, our financial status and finally, our environment. It cannot be reversed, but now is the time to stop, change and think.

Enjoy your time in nature not shopping malls. Adopt an animal, start a hobby or two, become a part of any artistic society which will promote your skills and your good mood, prepare food at home, try different tastes and find friends among those who have the same interests. Enjoy life and help nature!
