Winter joy- A world of tea

When the winter snowy days approach, there's not much to do but introduce some cosines to our lives. This routine of drinking tea is one of its kind because it never gets boring and it always reminds me of the best moments. Over tea we gathered to have daily rest from work or some quiet time; over tea, we listen to our friends and family, laugh, help them carry the burden of life, and vice verses. Over tea, we dream of some different world, maybe tropical, maybe magic, or imagine incoming opportunities. Every tea is for another purpose. When surrounded by critical times of pandemics, we choose honey and lemon tea, maybe green tea or bronchial tea. When we had a festive dinner which is usually hard to digest, peppermint tea is a great helper. After this, right before bedtime, we can have some camomile tea.

When feeling stressed or upset, the best is rooibos tea or any other mild and aromatic tea- white, fruity, and vanilla tea...

It seems like almost every nation has a different culture of preparing and drinking tea. Is it really important to know from where it first started, when we can simply enjoy it?

In the life of one dreamer, there’s never enough tea and there’s always a specific type for every feeling.

It takes a lifetime to manage all of our emotions and still be surprised from time to time. We do change but tea never does:) Learning of ways how to introduce it to life and how to find some quite time-means more of a hot beverage but a way of communicating with our selves, sorting our thoughts, and as a result-stay on the right path.

Here we can find more scientific evidence about tea. Most of them are beneficial for our health, the rest of them are fun.

A tea of your choice can contain caffeine or not, but most certainly, every tea we consume is packed with different vitamins ( folic acid, vitamin C, vitamins from B group, some have catching (present in green tea), theanine, fluorine, saponins, and minerals.

Many will serve well in regulatory processes of our organism, while digesting, in circulation (controlling blood pressure), soothing the nervous system, boosting immunity (vitamins and minerals), overall cell protection and most of them are antioxidants.

In the function of cell protection, warm water packed with nutritional value as described, bring a charging package to our system and soon brings relief. Water can easily pass cell walls, so as nutrients present in the tea. While releasing extracts from the system, a cell’s work is easier with present water and that is why dehydration can be highly dangerous. But drinking tea prevents the organism to be dehydrated and soothes many small issues.

As an antioxidative carrier, tea is protecting cells in the organism from free radicals and helps to maintain an inner balance.

It was a major subject in the development of human cultures and connecting many of them. Reasons were good and bad-economic, above all, since tea was very popular and appreciated in the past, as well as today. But different regions developed their types of teas and cultures around them. Now, tea is present in almost every home, in medicine, in literature, and more. But above all, tea gathers and connects people, relieve them, and build their strength- physical and mental.
