Health and pets
Every time you touch their skin/fur or at least take a look at them, you will experience a rush of oxytocin, a hormone responsible for your good mood and your blood pressure will decrease or stabilize. Every morning and evening, you will take a walk, to the park or maybe even further and on weekend some of us will even go on hiking, long walks or plan beach activities with your furry friends. In the long term, it will keep you healthy, or improve your health, your mood and even your social life.
Good energy
They will keep you away from negative people, drama queens, “indoor” people, toxic and narcissistic, those who always suck your good energy, leaving you empty and maybe even nervous, distressed, but instead, pets will bring you closer to those people who love spending time outside, share some of the best activities in the outside environment. After spending time with these kinds of people, you will feel full of energy and inspired to do more work or start new things in your life.
Waking up
Sometimes it will feel difficult to get up earlier and bring them outside, but this early oxygen intake for you will be better than any coffee. Yes, you will need to clean their paws or even bath them after some of these walks, but what’s that little struggle in comparison with all the good things you get from having them as your companions?! Caring some of the microbes different than yours, pets will non-intentionally force your immunity to slowly increase its measures and in a long term, help your family be more resistant to some more serious bacterias which you collect in other places.
Eating well
Having a vegan for a pet ( for example a bunny) will slowly push you into the direction of eating more vegetables and fruits so this is another way how they improve our health. Having a carnivore for a pet will teach you that they always choose good sources of proteins, avoiding bad ingredients that they can notice only by their noses. And even they need some vegetables to digest and stay healthy so there’s another lesson:).
Kids will be less picky if they grow watching your pets eating (but always be aware that kids can bother animals and you should never ever let them stay alone, in the same way, that you would never leave a small child with a baby). Your kids will be healthier, happier and kinder if they grow with animals. And if you are not a family type of person or just building your career before that phase in life, it’s better to be alone than in the wrong company. Absolutely, being alone as a person and having a pet instead of a wrong kind of people's companions, will be better for you in all described and way more aspects of life.
They will always be there for you, sharing your energy, improving your health and making you a better person than you could ever be, without having them.
